Discount codes must be entered at the checkout at the point of purchase – this is a web shop ONLY offer and is not available in stores. Limit one coupon code per customer, redeemable on first order only. Discount does not apply to postage or delivery costs. Discount available on full priced products only and excludes clearance and sale items, Schoeffel clothing, Atco products, Viking products, Honda Izy lawnmowers (HRG416PK, HRG416SK, HRG466PK, HRG466SK and HRG536SK), battery products, ride-on mowers and compact tractors. No cash value or cash back available, neither can a refund be issued against any prior purchase where the customer has forgotten or been unable to apply the code

Delivery

Click and Collect Service

All our products are available to collect from your local Ernest Doe branch. After you have placed your order we will contact you to advise when your order will be available to pickup. This may take 3-5 days depending if your order is subject to a Pre Delivery Inspection*.

Royal Mail Post

Postage rates vary depending upon location within the UK.

up to £25 = £4.65 small parcel only second class
up to 2kg = £4.95 medium parcel only second class
2kg + = £8.25 via Courier (Mainland UK Only)

Postal option only available on selected products and only available within the UK.

Local Delivery

We can offer local delivery to UK customers within a certain radius of our Ernest Doe branches.

Standard Local Delivery = £18

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver within the congestion charging zone.

UK Courier

For certain larger products we offer a mainland UK delivery service for a flat rate of £48.00. Available when you see the “courier pallet” delivery option.

*Pre Delivery Inspection - Items marked with the PDI flag indicate that the machine is fully assembled, tested and run up ready to use. Including all oils.
