Whilst sharing the same ethos and values as Certainly Wood we decided to give the brand a make-over and decided to make it fun having seen that generally firelighters are not regarded as a particularly exciting product, but Flamers certainly are! Freddie Flamer was created very recently and brings the brand to life and he can be seen promoting the product for both winter and summer burning.

All our products are available to collect from your local Ernest Doe branch. After you have placed your order we will contact you to advise when your order will be available to pickup. This may take 3-5 days depending if your order is subject to a Pre Delivery Inspection*.

Royal Mail Post

Postage rates vary depending upon location within the UK.

  • up to £25 = £4.65 small parcel only second class
  • up to 2kg = £4.95 medium parcel only second class
  • 2kg + = £8.25 via Courier (Mainland UK Only)

Postal option only available on selected products and only available within the UK.

Local Delivery

We can offer local delivery to UK customers within a certain radius of our Ernest Doe branches.

  • Standard Local Delivery = £18

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver within the congestion charging zone.

UK Courier

For certain larger products we offer a mainland UK delivery service for a flat rate of £48.00. Available when you see the “courier pallet” delivery option.
